PARKING

Clients can park for free at Torr Vale Mill Car Park while attending appointments. Access to the car park is via Torr Vale Road from Jordrell Street or Wirksmoor Road.

ARRIVING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

I am a little hard to find so below is some info to help!
If you are arriving by car the easiest way to access the car park is via Jodrell Street off Albion Road. This is the turning next to Ryans Hardware. 
The car park is free. 
Walk down the hill towards the mill. 
There are a series of cottages on the right. 
Look out for the stone steps leading up between two buildings. 
Go up the stone steps leading up between the two buildings.
Go up the steps and turn right. 
The green door at the back with the signage 'Managers Suite' is where I am located. I also have my own little sign on the left of the green door.

Please don't arrive too early for your appointment as I have no waiting area. 
Torr Vale Tap is open from 10am Wednesday - Sunday. You can grab a coffee there if you wish or get one to takeaway and bring up to your appointment. 

TIMINGS

Please do not arrive too early for your appointment as I have no waiting area. I will always aim to be ready for you when you arrive however on occasion timings can slip, in this event please be assured you will still receive your full treatment.
If you are late for an appointment I will do my best to still carry out the full treatment however this is not always possible if I have another appointment straight after.  In this case your treatment time will be reduced accordingly but still charged at full price.  

BOOKING

Advanced booking is always recommended especially for evening and Saturday appointments.  My online booking system enables you to book up to 2 months in advance as well as cancel/rearrange your own appointments up to 24 hours in advance. 

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY

A 40% deposit is required to secure a booking. Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled later than 24 hours will be subject to the deposit.
